2468084 - Nothing shows under Applications when a user that is not in the Administrators group logs into CMC

Symptom

  • A user that is not in the Administrators group can see nothing in Central Management Console(CMC)->Applications
  • After adding this user into the Administrators group, all the items show in CMC->Applications
  • In the Central Management Server(CMS) logs, the errors below show:
    Security::IsAllowed( U=xxx,R=x,Ob=xx,Own=xx,T=x ) : IsAllowed=false defined=false
    [UID=xxx;USID=xxx;ID=xx] CInfoStoreSubsystem::Query_IsAllowedToSeeObject: user has no right to see the object Root Folder 99
