Symptom
- In IC Agent Inbox there is an arrow but nothing below for inbox items like E-Mails
- In Agent Inbox Results List we see an Expand/Collapse icon in the node column. This icon appears even though there is no related sub-object such as an associated Interaction Record
- Drill down node shown for items which don't have follow ups or other related transactions
