2468567 - Request External Pricing Appears Twice in the Sales Quote

You are trying to select request external pricing and you see that the same button is available twice irrespective of UI ( RUI, HTML5 and Silverlight)

1. Go to the Sales Work Center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote view.
3. Navigate to the Products facet.

Here you can see that Request External Pricing is available twice.

The buttons have the same text, but their tool tips do not display the same.
The first (from left to right) Request External Pricing tool tip displays Trigger external price and free goods determination including product availability check (ATP) and credit status if applicable, and the second one only display Request External Pricing.

The left Request External Pricing button is a new standard button, the right one is a custom defined action button. The new bottom was introduced based on customer feedback to reduce the number of clicks.

You can either hide the new standard button using KUT (Key User Tool) or remove the custom defined one.

1. Login HTML5 UI.
2. Go to the Sales work center .
3. Go to the Sales Quote view.
4. Open any quote.
5. Select Adapt.
6. Choose Edit Master Layout.
7. Hover the mouse over the button.
8. Select ( X ) to hide the button.
