Symptom
When SSL certificate is updated to a larger cypher of 256 (TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA) Lumira Desktop now fails to connect to Central Management Server (CMS) with the following error:

This occured after the Unlimited JCE was replaced in the Lumira Desktop JRE.
