2468799 - Application error when placing an user on LOA

System throws an applcation error when placing an user on LOA

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Issue while applying LOA for all users and all time types when Job Info Event derivation rule is "On" or "Off".

System gives an error while submitting the LOA in Manage Time Off.

Error occured due to catch all end logic statement in the event-reason rule which was mapped to Job information portlet

Note that cofigured event-reason is overridden from the " AA_EvntRsns_Derivations_JobInfo2" rule.

LOA does not support to event-reason override . You must choose only two below mentioned event reasons as your leave of absence event reasons.Please do not use different event reasons or override these event reasons in,for example, a rule .Leave of absence will not work correctly if you do that.

- For start of leave of absence - LOA Start

- For end of leave of absence - LOA End
