2468803 - FUBR does not create Multiple FU's

Symptom

  • Freight Unit Building Rule (FUBR) does not create multiple Freight Units (FU) when Item Split is allowed
  • In FUBR, more than one Planning Quantities with Rounding Quantity is maintained
  • In FUBR, Rounding Quantity cannot be deleted for Quantity and Alternative Quantity and displays the message: 'Set the rounding value for &1 to 1 to ensure integral split'
