Symptom

  • Central Mangement Console (CMC)/BI launchpad page keeps loads indefinitely or is very slow in the browser, without any error, after giving the login credential.
  • After giving credentials in client tools, it takes few minutes to login inside
  • CMC / BI launchpad hangs randomly and requires a server restart.
