How to find domain of a Report in the UI and which table stores the domain information of a report in Database?

Resolution
To Find domain of a report from the UI navigate to Reports > Search for the report for which you want to find the domain > Click on Edit as shown in the below screenshot and you will see the domain of the Report.
To Find domain from Database you have to develop a custom report and pull details from the table PA_REPORT and domain details will be in the column DMN_ID.
