2468976 - Activation of DVM related BW/BI Content Fails

When executing the activity Activate BW Content in Data Volume Management - Step 1 Managed System Preparation, you will get the error "BW Content not activated" and the job AGS_DVM_BI_Content fails

Error analysis
    A RAISE statement in program "SAPLRSDU_UTIL" has raised exception condition
     "TABLE_ERROR". Since the exception was not caught by a program higher up in the call hierarchy, processing was terminated.

How to correct the error
    If the error occurs in a non-modfied SAP program, you might be able to find a solution in the SAP Notes system. If you have access to the SAP Notes system, check there first using the following keywords:

    "RAISE_EXCEPTION"
    "SAPLRSDU_UTIL" bzw. LRSDU_UTILU09
    "RSDU_DATA_EXISTS_TABLE"

    or

    "SAPLRSDU_UTIL" TABLE_ERROR

    or

    "CCMSBI_SETUP_BATCH" "TABLE_ERROR"
