2469004 - Text Items in Monitor Purchase Order Items

You work with the App Monitor Purchase Order Items or Monitor Purchase Requisition Items.

The column 'Material' is blank for  Purchase documents that don´t have a material number at item level.

The Text item is expected to be displayed instead of the material number as relevant information on the item level.

 

Other Apps show the text item in the Material field when the document is created without a material number.

The material column is only filled with the material code, if the item doesn't have a material number this column will be displayed empty.

You have to add the column 'short text' column that is available at Settings Function.

With this new column you can see the text for those items that don´t have a material number.
