2469303 - FO-GO / Custom Object/Field Association Not Working

An association was configured between a Parent FO object GeoZone and a Child GO custom object (Sub GeoZone) in the Job Information portlet, but the child field is not being filtered as expected.

In the 'Company System And Logo Settings' tool, there is a setting ("Disable filter for custom fields of type Foundation Object") which disables the filtering of custom fields tied to FO objects, and this may be enabled in the environment:

 

Go to the "Company System And Logo Settings" tool and disable/uncheck the "Disable filter to custom fields of type Foundation Object. To activate this setting, upload any data model in provisioning." setting, then save the change.

After the setting has been disabled, please log into Provisioning and re-import any data model to activate the filtering.

*For customers who do not have access to Provisioning: Please create a ticket/case for Support to action the data model re-import (please provide the data model to be uploaded).
