2469513 - SCPR398 'No BC Set' found error - upload BC Set

Symptom

When perfoming manual activities from SAP Notes, you are required to upload a BC Set file using the transaction 'SCPR3'.

The following message error shows up when you try to upload: "No BC Set found in the file 'XXX_XXXXXX_XXXX.bcs'; see long text" Message No. SCPR398.
