2469632 - Data Services Management Console > Administrator page is fully blank - SAP Data Services 4.x

• Open Data Services Management Console through IE then open Administrator, it shows blank page
• Open Data Services Management Console through Chrome it shows it's loading all the time.
• In webadmin.log:
  [  SEVERE ] Unable to init Access Server - <server name>:<port>,
                       error : Connection to server at '<server name>:<port>' failed:
                       Connection refused: connect (local port ***** to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port <server name>:<port> to address <server name>(port))
  [  SEVERE ] Unable to create Access Server - <server name>:<port>,
  [  SEVERE ] Invalid connection to Access Server - <server name>:<port>. (BODI-3012001)
                       error : While sending a message to the socket '7e7689d2[SSL_NULL_WITH_NULL_NULL: Socket[addr=<server name>/<server IP>,port=****,localport=****]]'
                       caught the exception: Remote host closed connection during handshake
• Low number of repositories and cleaning Tomcat cache doesn't work.
• DSMC > Adminitrator, page is fully blank and when using "Inspect" under DSMC > Administrator tab, it is possible to see that admin.jsp.14 (AwJSTreeView) / admin.jsp.15 (AwHome) on pending state.
