Symptom

In order to process and analyse issues efficiently, we should gather the following information: 

  • Is the certificate signed off by authorized vendor ?
  • What is the direction in which data is replicated ?
  • What is the middleware?
    If HCI – What is the iFlow version?
    If PI – Is it 7.1(dual stack) or PI 7.3 (Java only stack)
  • What type of authentication method is used ? User ID &password or Certificate based ?
  • Do you have any Web Despatcher/Reverse Proxy maintained between On Premise System and Cloud?
  • Is there any firewall for outbound from On-premise to C4C ?
