2469740 - How to revert checkbox "Do you want to close all tabs or only the current tab"?

Symptom

If there are more than one tabs open in NWBC, the following pop-up will appear when "Close" button is clicked.

You can check the option "Remember my choice" and make your choice so that this pop-up will not appear again.
Now you want to find this pop-up back.
