2469951 - How to add more criterias in Onboarding Integration Setup?

Eventually, customers may want to add more fields to be selected as a criteria, so the system can initiate onboarding once these criterias are met.

If the field is a "filter" field type in Recruiting XML templates, it will be available for selection under "Apply Onboarding to Job Requisitions that meet the following criteria" screen.

Therefore, if you want to add more criterias, you'll need to update the XML templates with "filter" field type in order to display such field in this section.

These criteria fields are also fetched from the "Applicant Search settings" defined in the back-end settings (Provisioning), and must be configured by your implementation partner.
