Symptom

After adding 2 new servers to SAP BI Platform 4.2 Sp2 cluster the custom SDK based scheduling script fails with following error :
"Cause: XSD file parsing exception occurred : 'Could not find type meta-data with name 'io:ApplicationsWithDiscussion' for element 'io:ApplicationsWithDiscussion'' (FWM 04011)]
 org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: An XSD Exception occurred. XSD file parsing exception occurred : 'Could not find type meta-data with name 'io:ApplicationsWithDiscussion' for element 'io:ApplicationsWithDiscussion'' (FWM 04011) (WBP 42029)"

This affect both CR and webi reports scheduling via custom SDK script.
