The Analysis workbook is created/saved in BI platform using AO 2.x client version and Analysis Office BIP ADD-ON 1.4 version is installed in BI platform.
When trying to schedule the Analysis workbook in BI Launchpad, the error "Scheduling error. Workbook version is not supported" occurs and the job fails.
Environment
SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office
Analysis Office BIP ADD-ON 1.4
Cause
It is not possible to schedule Analysis workbooks saved/created in 2.x format (using Analysis Office 2.x version) using AO BIP ADD-ON 1.4 version.
Resolution
Analysis Office BIP Add-On 1.4 version is no longer supported.
Upgrade Analysis Office BIP Add-On 1.4 version to 2.x.
