2470136 - Error "Change made to a Dictionary structure while a prog" in SM58

Symptom

In the ERP source system, run TCode SM58, you see many entries are having error "Change made to a Dictionary structure while a prog".

If you check its target BW system with TCode ST22, you'll see a lots of Runtime Errors LOAD_TYPE_VERSION_MISMATCH and their Terminated Programs include "CL_RSAR_PSA_API===============CP" and GP programs.

Check anyone of them, the short Text is the same with TCode SM58: Change made to a Dictionary structure while a program was running.
