2470151 - ORA-00600/ORA-07445 [qospscs] after applying SBP - SAP NetWeaver

After applying a SBP (SAP Bundle Patch) to an Oracle Database version 11g or 12c, several ORA-00600 / ORA-07445 appear on the alert.log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qospscs()+11875] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x2F7F323] [Address not mapped to object] []
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qospscs: cur_timeind null], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

This may also result on issues when trying to update optimizer statistics with BRCONNECT:
