Can the print/export icon that appears on High Chart components in Report Designer be applied to the standard measure templates?

Resolution
Yes, assuming the measure templates are the most recent version which uses High Charts they can be edited to enable the icon.
The option is in the same place as for all High Charts in the component editor:
Note that you may need assistance from SuccessFactors staff to edit the measure templates if you do not have access yourself.
