You need to uninstall the addon SCM_BASIS 713 and SCMB_EXT 713 due to system planning, e.g. run a conversion from ERP6.0 EHP7 to SAP S/4HANA in Maintenance Planner.
When you try to uninstall the addon CMB_EXT 713, the error ocurrs as below:

Support Package SAPK-71301INSCMBEXT of software component SCMB_EXT release 713

But the addon SCM_BASIS 713 is not in the TAB 'Deinstallable components' of the Tcode SAINT.
