2470367 - Queue prioritization does not work for XI Messages

• You have configured queue prioritization for XI messages. (e.g. queue XBTZ*)
• When running transaction code SMQR, you can see only one queue XBTR* is available but the queue XBTZ* you configured does not process any messages.
