2470724 - Disabled change mode when WB23 called by another transaction

Symptom

When you call transaction WB23 from another transaction (i.e.WTEW), you expect to have 'Change' option in the drop-down menu 'Trading Contract', but the 'Change' option is disabled, therefore you can not change to edit mode in the same screen.
