Reproducing the Issue

  1. Browse to <YourTenantURL>.<data center>.sapbusinessobjects.cloud
  2. Notice the error

Cause

This message indicates a router configuration issue at SAP

Resolution

Please check if there is a recorded outage with your SAP Analytics Cloud Tenant by accessing the Cloud Availability Centre below:

  • Cloud Availability Centre - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/cacv2 (Please Note: This service is only available for Production Tenants)
