2470796 - Learning History (CSV) has fewer options than the PDF & HTML versions

Learning History report types have different filter options

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Login to LMS Admin
2. Navigate to Reports (button in top right)
3. Search for Learning History
4. Expand the (+) icon next to Learning History
5. When running just "Learning History" (PDF & HTML report types), the options are:
1. User, User Status, Completion Dates, Report Type, Learning Events to Include, Print Comments, Sort options
2. 
6. Learning History (CSV) options are:
1. User, Completion Dates
2. 

This is by design:

• CSV version of reports are more granular and are meant to return more data
• Additional filtering options were added to the HTML & PDF versions to minimize run time since they are typically run on demand and make them easier to read

• An enhancement request can be raised to request Product Development to consider adding in more filtering options for the CSV reports in future versions.
• Please see KBA 2090228 for more information on how to submit an enhancement
• Another option would be to create a custom report or modify the existing report to include the additional filtering options desired
• Custom Reporting falls outside of the scope and skill set of customer support
