2470837 - b1705 Enhancement - New Standard Field for user who has forwarded a Candidate

Before: There was no “Forwarded By” information in the Applicant List page (Candidate Workbench).

With RCM-34864 the following enhancement has been included:

Now we display the forwarder information in "Forwarded by" column next to "Status" column in the Applicant List page (Candidate Workbench).
It will contain data if the candidate has been forwarded by an operator or an employee to the requisition; it will not show data if the candidate has been forwarded, for example, by an agency or a job board.
This new column will not only show the name but comes along with a quick card. Display of the name column is the same as the “Name” column on the same user interface (example: it might be that First Name, then Middle Name and then Last name is displayed – and all in this one column)
This new column is available in “Display Options” as a selectable standard column; per default the column is hidden and can be added to the view.
