2470848 - resultMaxRowAllowed parameter increase causes performance issues

The goal of this KBA is to explain about the performance implications that can be caused by increasing the "resultMaxRowAllowed" parameter to a very high value.

6. amend the resultMaxRowAllowed parameter value (default is 2000).

• The default value (2000) is the standard and is considered as the best practice for the "resultMaxRowAllowed" parameter.
  
  
• Note that if a higher value is provided, there are chances of issues like delay in getting the file, timeout issues on the application end, etc., as the data has to be fetched from the database. This is a decision that needs to be carefully taken by the Learning admin taking into consideration all the mentioned aspects.
  
  
• If the parameter is modified, to compare the data of the result, compare it with the Account Data report.
