2470909 - iPad will grayed-out the Auto-lock - Afaria

Symptom

When you set 'Auto lock' value with 'Passcode' of the iOS configuration policy,
iPad will grayed-out the "Auto-Lock" with "Display & Brightness" in the settings and can not change the value.

However, when the same policy applying to the iPhone, it does not cause the issue and can change the value.
