2470972 - On Secondary, object name is not displayed in error message, like this '???' -- SAP IQ

Symptom

Only on a secondary node when a DDL is executed and it encounters an error, error messge doesn't display object name at all.
But previous versions, IQ5.4 and IQ16 SP11(GA), returned object name well.

Error message :
   ...
   Could not execute statement.
    Item '???' already exists
    SQLCODE=-110, ODBC 3 State="42S01"

Version difference :
     - IQ15.4, IQ16 SP11(GA) => No problem in capturing object name
     - IQ16 SP11.06 and SP11.08 both => missing object name
