2471094 - SAP Business Client 7.70 screen size is small

Symptom

With Windows 10 OS the window content of SAP Business Client is reduced, only a part of the screen will be filled. With Windows 7 OS the issue does not occur.
It is not system connection type dependent, NWBC, SAPGUI or Fiori system connections also can be affected.
