2471416 - Duplicate attribute values showing in IBP Excel UI

Symptom

In IBP Excel UI planning view, when filtering with attribute values, search results in duplicate entries.  The same can be observed when working with Master Data Workbook (Mass/Single).

Example : Master data LOCATION have attribute LOCID.  When searching for LOCID1 you get duplicate results as LOCID1 & LOCID1, available for selection.
