2471481 - Clear cache after implementing UI5 Notes that affect UI5 Leave Request Application frontend issues - for ESS & MSS in HR Renewal

Symptom

- Everything worked fine until implementing the SAP UI5 Notes but now you cannot access UI5 Leave Request Apps.
- Trying to access the Leave Request Application HRESS_LEAVREQ_G either from the lane design start page or directly via the Transaction codes SE80/SICF and it just leads to an empty page (or blank/grey screen). Pressing F12 in the browser reveals that a resource can not be loaded.
- Error while calling UI5 Leave Request Apps:
>> Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status 404 (NOT FOUND - REQUESTED RESOURCE OUTDATED)
>> Uncaught Error: failed to load
'hress_leave_request/createLeaveRequest.view.js' from ./hress_leave_request/createLeaveRequest.view.js: 404 - NOT FOUND - REQUESTED RESOURCE OUTDATED
