Symptom
- Agentry client has been reset or is a new install
- After entering ID and password, user is prompted with a pop-up box that says" Must Connect to Server"
- User cannot tap 'OK' to proceed, effectively making the application frozen
- The application can be swiped closed, but re-attempting the process yields the same results
