Symptom
The calibration template is missing in the template drop down list when trying to create a new calibration session in SuccessFactors Calibration.

Reproducing the Issue
- In Admin Center, go to Manage Calibration Session
- Create a new calibration session
- It is required to select a calibration template, however the calibration template is missing in the dropdown list
- When going to Manage Calibration Templates to check the template, notice the said calibration template is active
Cause
There is two possible causes for this behavior:
- There is no calibration element defined in the template.
- The calibration template is not selected in the Manager Calibration Sessions role permission.
Resolution
For cause 1:
- In Admin Center, go to Manage Calibration Templates.
- Open the Calibration Template.
- In the template go to the 'Views' tab.
- Notice there are no 'Calibration Element' set for the view.
- Select an element in the dropdown list and save the template.
For cause 2:
- Navigate to Manage Permission Roles in Admin Center.
- Select the proper role to grant permission to.
- Select the Manage Calibration permission under Administrator Permissions.
- Select the Calibation Templates that should appear to the user in the drop down.
- Ensure the changes have been saved. Logging out and back in is required to realize the permission changes
