2471548 - The Calibration Template is missing when trying to create a new Session - Calibration

The calibration template is missing in the template drop down list when trying to create a new calibration session in SuccessFactors Calibration.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. In Admin Center, go to Manage Calibration Session
2. Create a new calibration session
3. It is required to select a calibration template, however the calibration template is missing in the dropdown list
4. When going to Manage Calibration Templates to check the template, notice the said calibration template is active

There is two possible causes for this behavior:

1. There is no calibration element defined in the template.
2. The calibration template is not selected in the Manager Calibration Sessions role permission.

For cause 1:

1. In Admin Center, go to Manage Calibration Templates.
2. Open the Calibration Template.
3. In the template go to the 'Views' tab.
4. Notice there are no 'Calibration Element' set for the view.
5. Select an element in the dropdown list and save the template.
   
   

For cause 2:

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Roles in Admin Center.
2. Select the proper role to grant permission to.
3. Select the Manage Calibration permission under Administrator Permissions.
4. Select the Calibation Templates that should appear to the user in the drop down.
5. Ensure the changes have been saved.  Logging out and back in is required to realize the permission changes
