The Manual Performance and Manual Potential Rating are not being validated as required fields in a collaborative step.

SAP SuccessFactors Performace Management

1. In the form template, set the Manual Performance Rating and Manual Potential Rating as required fields or the Manager in the evaluation step.
   
   
   
   
2. This step is a collaborative step between the Manager, All Matrix Managers and employee.
   
   
   
   
3. Log in as the Manager and open the form.
4. Send the form to next step without entering Performance and Potential Rating.
5. The form is moved to next step without entering the required fields.
   
   

The required fields are not being validated because there is no Exit User defined in the collaborative step.

Set the Manager as the Exit User in the route map. Launch a new form so that the Performance and Potential ratings will be validated as required for the Manager.
