2471662 - Error Message "NAME-CONTENT missing" when Converting Lead to Opportunity

When converting a Lead to an Opportunity you see error messages:

• NAME-CONTENT missing;
• You can't copy the document, because reference document is inconsistent.;
• Please enter a party with role Account.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales work center;
2. Leads view;
3. Open Lead ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Lead);
4. Click on Actions > Convert to Opportunity;
5. Error messages appear:
   • NAME-CONTENT missing;
   • You can't copy the document, because reference document is inconsistent;
   • Please enter a party with role Account.

The Lead ABC is inconsistent.

To check the Lead Consisntecy you should click on Actions > Check Consistency.

The system, then, will give you the reason for the Lead to be inconsistent.

Also, there is a field called Consistency Status that can be added on the Lead Header that indicates whether or not the document is consistent.
