2471669 - "Failure - Unable to add tile" Error when Saving a Sales Order as a Tile - Fiori My Sales Order Application

Symptom

When attempting to save a Sales Order as a tile in the "My Sales Order" application an error that stating "Failure - Unable to add tile" appears. In the browser's developer console, the following error is shown:

"Error (404, Not Found) in OData response for POST "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/ChipInstanceProperties": HTTP request failed Details: Resource not found for segment 'PageChipInstance'"
