BaseRESTAPIURL setting will not be populated in BizX LMS Configuration post b1705 Release.

Post b1705 release BASERESTAPI & Session Management URL's has been moved from BizX LMS configuration to BizX mapper property on LMS app server.

There is no need to update BASERESTAPI and Session Management URL's in BizX LMS configuration post b1705 release.

To integrate instance you need to populate only BASE URL, Metadata URL, Company ID and SuccessFactors Learning should be enabled in BizX LMS Configuration.

After updating all the above field values, Please login to BizX >Admin Tools>Learning Administration>System Admin>Configuration>System Configuration>BizX and click on apply changes, at this point you should not receive any REST API error/ Warnings.
