Receive You do not have permission to download this file error when:

• Downloading results of a job in Scheduled Job Manager
• Downloading results from the Check Tool

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
2. Locate a job and select View Details
3. Select Download Status to download the file
4. Receive error

OR

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Check Tool
2. Select a check with Errors or Warnings
3. Select the Export icon on the right-hand side of the Results bar to download the file
4. Receive error

User does not have permissions to access downloads for all jobs

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role
3. Select the Permission... button
4. Under the Administrator Permissions section, select Manage User
5. Select Allow users to view all the jobs. (By Disabling this option, users can view only their job status.)
