2471987 - Formatted text in standard smartforms is not correctly processed

After activate the switch for Text Format for Long Text Boxes (SRM_701_TEXT_FORMAT). The SRM documents text is formatting for longer text boxes correctly.

But in the print preview the formatting gets lost for the FM BBP_OUTPUT_*_GETDETAIL_SMART. Even standard smartforms (BBP_SC, BBP_PO, BBP_CONF and others) is not printing correctly the formatted text as expected.
