2472057 - Global Benefits – Admin on behalf Manage

It is required that Admin/Manager is able to process (edit/enroll and claim)  benefits on behalf of the employee. Earlier it use to  proxy as an employee – which is not desired by most companies.

If Admin/Manager is able to process we need to give RBP permission to the group .
