2472057 - Global Benefits – Admin on behalf Manage

It is required that Admin/Manager is able to process (edit/enroll and claim)  benefits on behalf of the employee. Earlier it use to  proxy as an employee – which is not desired by most companies.

Employee Central Global Benefits

If given permissions, admin can enroll, claim, edit, or opt out of enrollment on behalf of an employee without being a proxy of the employee.

• Go to Admin Center Manage Permission Roles.
• In the screen that appears, go to Manage Benefits.
• Select View on behalf of Employee, this enables the admin to view benefits of the employee.
• This needs to be checked before enabling On Behalf Manage.

Select Manage on behalf of Employee, this enables the admin to enroll, claim, edit, or opt out of enrollment on behalf of an employee.
