Symptom

Promotion of crystal reports finish partially successful with error message :
"Error message from PM: Resolution Status=Copied, Dependency Status=All the required dependencies are included., Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object promoted. Update failed. Error: com.businessobjects.lcm.utilities.LCMException: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$OCAFramework: Unable to find servers in CMS <cms_name> and cluster <cluster_name> with kind pjs and service LCMServiceOCA. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)

Promotion of Universes works without issue.
