• Install ASE 15.7 SP138 on AIX
• Upgrade to ASE 15.7 SP138 but fails with the message "The installation failed"
• Upgrade from ASE 15.7 SP135 to ASE 15.7 SP138 failed
• Please check the installer log file "/$SYBASE/log/ASE_Suite.log"
• Install File:             /$SYBASE/ASE-15_0/bin/backupserver
                            Status: ERROR
                            Additional Notes: ERROR - Flexeraal3: /$SYBASE/ASE-15_0/bin/backupserver (Cannot open or remove a file containing a running program.)
• Install File:             /$SYBASE/OCS-15_0/lib3p/libsybcsi_core29_32.so
                            Status: ERROR
