2472357 - Error "The Remote Service 'com.sap.smd.agent.application.checks.hacheck' can't be retrieved because of an unexpected error on Smd Agent " while Diagnostic Agent is not connected to Solution Manager 7.1

Symptom

In transaction "Solman_setup" -> "Managed System Configuration" -> Select the "Managed System"-> Step "Assign Diagnostic Agent" you see the following error :

  • The Remote Service 'com.sap.smd.agent.application.checks.hacheck' can't be retrieved because of an unexpected error on Smd Agent 'xxx'!(cause=com.sap.smd.server.manager.SMDException Error occured while trying to obtain service com.sap.smd.agent.application.checks.hacheckon remote host com.sap.smd.local.AgentHandleWrapper@xxx)
