2472403 - "Priority" field not editable when the supervisor is assigning courses to subordinates

As a Supervisor, when assigning an Item to a Subordinate, after selecting the Item and Assignment Type, the Priority field can't be edited.

Under My Teams > Links > Assign/Remove Learning > Select the Item and Assignment Type > Priority can't be edited.

Priority option on Assign Learning will only be available to edit when Supervisor selects a Curricula, whereas it will be blank when assigning free floating Items and Programs.
