2472442 - Integration jobs failing due to planning area activation

Symptom

When running an Integration job on IBP WebUI, it fails with the following error message:

"Check whether the required planning area corresponding to planning area set is activated successfully. (Error Code 10003),Cannot find the required generated procedure for planning level <planning level id>."

If the job was triggered by HCI it also possible to see that the HCI Task failed with the following error:

"Data Services Engine received error message from server.  URL:https://<HCI URL>/DSoD/agentmanager/check_postprocessing_status, Error message: ."
