Symptom

When the users check the environment or refresh the BPC report, they will get
1) In SM21: Database error -9300 at OPC and Internal error : no result set
2) In data checker program: UJA_DATA_CHECKER
UJA_DATA_CHECK: Invalid member formula existed in dimension...
UJO_READ_EXCEPTION: MDX statement error:"MDX SYNTAX CHECK WITH...
3) Index server log shows:
The error message is: The object with the unique name XXXX could not be resolved. Please check if the object is valid and exists
