2472477 - Dump in RTPM_TRL_REPAIR12

Symptom

You implemented SAP Note 1582203 and it recommends to execute report RTPM_TRL_REPAIR12 in the manual steps. In test mode it works normally, but when you try to execute the report in update mode the system returns the exception CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_NOT_FOUND saying that parameter "POSITION_ACCOUNT" is unknown.
