2472484 - MIRO: Invoice messages generated at both header and item level

Symptom

If the output type ERS6 (ERS Procedure EDI) is assigned to the message scheme 'MR0002 Logistics Inv. Ver. (MR1M)', then while entering an invoice with T-cd MIRO, there are multiple entries generated in the NAST table for both header and line item levels. This therefore results several identical IDocs generated for single invoice.
